It is the time of relief for lakhs of job seekers who have attended the ‘Police Constable Main Exams 2014’ in Uttar Pradesh.
After a month of anxious wait, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has now declared the results of Constable main examination which was conducted on December 14, 2014 at 20 centres across the state.
The main centres for the written examinations were Lucknow, Gautam , Varanasi, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Jhansi, Kanpur, Muradabad , Ghaziabad, Basti, Ajamgarh, Meerut, Bareilly, Buddha Nagar, Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Banda, Saharanpur and Mirzapur. Please follow the instructions given below to access the results of the Main Examination.
First you need to visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promition Board by clicking this link, http://uppbpb.gov.in/.
Locate the link which will deroute you to the result page. You will find this link in the homepage itself.
The results can be checked here.
You should now enter the credentials which are required to populate the results. The credentials include, roll number, date of birth, gender and verification code. Click submit after entering these details.
Clicking the Submit button will populate the Examination results in your computer monitor.
You should take a print out of this result page for your future needs.
Final selection for this post will be based on the marks scored in PET and Mains Written Examination. No Interviews are there in the selection procedure. Qualified candidates should successfully complete Medical test, Document Verification and Police Verification for successfully enrolling to the job.
