Tamil movie ‘Thani Oruvan’ review and box-office collections report

“Thani Oruvan”- a much-awaited Tamil movie was released in India on Friday, August 28, 2015. The movie stars Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Arvind Swamy in the lead roles. Arvind was last seen in “Kadal” directed by Mani Ratnam.

Arvind Swamy plays the character of Siddhartha Abhimanyu in “Tani Oruvan”. He is a millionaire businessman who is obsessed with the money making industry.

The motive of the character in this movie is similar to the character seen in the movie “Velayudham”, directed by the same director. The character in this film is fighting against evil.

Nayanthara, Nassar and Thambi Ramaiah are also a part of this film playing pivotal roles. Hip Hop Tamizha composed the music for the movie.

The film also stars Jayam Ravi, and the movie has created huge anticipation amongst the audiences all over the Tollywood industry. The trailer has its appeal to the readers.

Jayam Ravi and M. Raja completed six ventures with this movie. They are brothers and they know how to find the perfect story for their films.

In the movie industry, M. Raja is known for remakes. While, the story of Thani Oruvan is original, he exclaims that jotting down an original story is an enjoyable experience.

M Raja is widely known, and people often call him as Remake Raja. Instead of being displeased by criticism, he finds pleasure and considers it a credit. He states Thani Oruvan is just an extension of his last film Velayudham.
