Umesh Yadav is likely to be added to the Indian ODI team for the first ODI against South Africa.

The wounded Indian team will definitely like to bounce back after the disastrous t20 series in which they were outplayed in all departments 2-0 by the classy South Africans.

South Africa wins the toss and scores 303 runs in 50 overs. India are chasing and right on track at 140/1 in 26 overs.

The third and final t20 was washed out due to rain at the Eden Gardens at Kolkata.

Both these teams have announced seperate squads for T20, ODI and Test squads.

Time: 9:00 a.m. India time.

Since the match is played during the day, Dhoni might think of playing three spinners to exploit the Proteas weakness.

He said: “We’ll have a look at the wicket, we’ll see how dry it is and what are the chances of it breaking up and assisting the spinners. But with no dew, the three-spinners option is definitely available to us.”

South Africa skipper AB de Villiers thinks otherswise, he thinks his pacers can win the series: He said: “The series is not being seen around spinners. The pacers have won games for us mostly. We have a balanced bowling attack.”
