Red Bull’s Formula 1 driver Sebastian Vettel got emotional and spoke his heart out after zooming to his fourth successive world title at the Indian Grand Prix on Sunday.
After reaching the finish line, the 26-year-old spun four doughnuts raising enormous smoke. As the smoke settled, he stood knelt in front of his car and bowed to Red Bull.
As he leaned towards the champagne and quenched his thirst, the German driver could be seen baring his soul.
At the media interaction, the German driver said that India is a pretty special place to the win the championship.
He was seen reflecting on his victory that Brazil win last year was special but to win in a place like India will stay with him forever.
Vettel could not stop raving about India where he won the race three times in a row right from its inaugural race in 2011.
He said that the people face many problems in India but never seem to complain and are happy. He hoped to explore the country some time.
After becoming the youngest four-time world champion, Vettel is already being comparedto Juan Manuel Fangio, Michael Schumacher and Alain Prost.
When asked on the comparison, Vettel said that he is too young to think of his achievements, but he may think when he retires and is 60.
