Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are ready to welcome their fourth child, and they recently went together for the Cinematheque Awards. However, Blake gained recognition for showing off her baby bump on the event’s red carpet.

The actress confirmed that she was pregnant during an event in September this year. Blake and Ryan are already the parents of three children – James, Inez, and Betty. All three are daughters, and Ryan said he expects a daughter again. During her recent appearance at Cinematheque Awards, Lively was spotted in a Ralph Lauren dress and chunky turquoise jewelry, and she posed with her husband, who was seen in a black velvet suit.

Blake went on stage to honor Ryan and delivered a speech praising Ryan as a great family man and actor. She stated,

“This man has contributed so much to the world’s most international happiness with his art, heart, philanthropy, humor, integrity, unmatched work ethic, self-deprecating levity, and hard-earned depths in his scripts.”

Lively added that she is now Ryan’s home and their girls are his home. She continued,

“And just like that 19-year-old boy [who used to commute home to Canada], he races home, whether it’s from across the globe or a meeting across the street, he is hard-wired to get home. We would be very concerned if he came home from the set, not in his wardrobe.”

Blake and Ryan first met in 2010 while filming Green Lantern. They started dating the following year and tied the knot in September 2012 at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Their first daughter was born in December 2014, followed by the second daughter in September 2016 and the third in October 2019.

Ryan Reynolds gained recognition for playing the lead role in Deadpool and Deadpool 2, and both films were successful at the box office alongside receiving positive reviews. Blake Lively is famous for her performances in romantic comedies like New York; I Love You and The Private Lives of Pippa Lee.
