Rihana Finally Reveals Her Baby Boy’s Name

The birth certificate for Rihanna and the 34-year-old “Praise the Lord” rapper’s child has been made public over a year after his birth.

The Name

Rocky and Rihanna gave their son the name RZA Athelston Mayers. The couple appears to have named their kid in honor of RZA, the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan.

They gave their kid the middle name Athelston, which is also Rocky’s middle name, and whose official birth name is Rakim Athelston Mayers.

Additionally, the birth certificate states that baby RZA was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on May 13, 2022.

It appears Rihanna might have hinted at the baby’s name back in April when she and A$AP took their infant son to dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, and RiRi was dressed in a Wu-Tang Clan shirt.

The fact that A$AP collaborated with Wu-Tang’s Raekwon on the 2015 song “Fly International Luxurious Art” gives him a musical link to some of RZA’s teammates.

The Second Pregnancy

During her Super Bowl halftime performance on February 12, 2023, Rihanna revealed her second pregnancy. Her due date has yet to be made public.

A recent shopping expedition has fueled speculation that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are expecting a daughter. Rihanna reportedly acquired a particular interest in a precious pastel pink knit romper, igniting rumors that she’ll give her boy a younger sister.

As per TMZ reports, She first showed off her baby bulge during the 2023 Super Bowl, but since then, the celebrity has kept her second pregnancy a secret. Before her performance, Rihanna hinted she would be “bringing someone” to the stage.
