The Trailer

On Wednesday night, the trailer for Tom Cruise’s seventh and last Mission: Impossible film, Dead Reckoning Part One, was made public. The action-packed teaser included some intense action scenes and daily glimpses of Tom Cruise escaping (or frequently heading towards) peril. However, one scene that reminded many Indian viewers of a scenario in “Pathaan” was when Tom’s character managed to escape a train collision.

The scene in question resembles Pathaan’s post-interval sequence in which Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan battle Russian guards on a moving train and heroically escape the train. To compare the two scenes, several Shah Rukh Khan fans posted images of them side by side.
