Cristiano Ronaldo's YouTube Channel Breaks World Records

Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo made history by becoming the fastest YouTube channel to reach 10 million subscribers just 24 hours after creating it.  Also, within the first 90 minutes of launch, the channel already had a million subscribers, which broke another ‘world record’.

The Al-Nassr player launched a YouTube channel named ‘UR’ and asked his fans to support him, to which he received an overwhelming response. At present, Ronaldo has 17.1 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, and his numbers continue to grow at an unprecedented rate.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most popular and followed celebrities on social media. He has 636 million followers on Instagram, 170 million on Facebook, and 112.5 million on X.

The five-time Ballon d’Or award winner took to his social media on Wednesday to announce his YouTube channel. “The wait is over 👀🎬 My YouTube channel is finally here! Subs tribe and join me on this new journey. 💪,” he wrote.

The 39-year-old Portuguese football player posted some videos on his channel’s opening day, including a teaser trailer, a fun quiz game with his partner Georgina Rodriguez, and a video of him meeting his wax statue at Madame Tussauds.

He shared a video of him presenting his ‘Gold Play Button’ to his children.

Previously, such a record was held by Hamster Kombat. His channel reached the milestone within 7 days of being created. Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s channel has already crossed the 17 million mark and is growing at an unprecedented rate.
