Emily recently spoke to her High Low podcast listeners about the therapy session she has been taking to better herself through studying attachment styles.

‘I’ve been in therapy for quite a long time,’ she said.

Emily revealed that she tested for an attachment style called, ‘anxious preoccupied,’ when she first began her therapy.
