‘Pathan’ Day 12 Box-Office Collections Worldwide; ‘Pathaan’ Grosses Rs 729 Cr

Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham’s “Pathaan” continues to perform well at the Indian box office even in its second week of running across the world. The film, which performed extremely well in the first 10 days of its release, continues to win over the hearts of movie lovers.

On its second Saturday, the film did extremely well and earned Rs 23 crore, as per early estimates on its 11th day. Following this, the film crossed the Rs 400 crore mark like a cakewalk. With this, its total tally stands at Rs 401.15 crores.

‘Pathaan’ box-office collections

Trade analyst Bala tweeted about the second weekend Saturday box office figures, he wrote, #Pathaan early estimates for 2nd Saturday All-India Nett is ₹ 22 Crs.. Crossing #Dangal to become an All-time No.1 Straight Hindi movie in India.

If it happens, Pathaan will aim to wrap up its second weekend easily above 425 crores, which was much required to keep the film in chase of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion‘s 511.30 crores (Hindi).

‘Pathan’ Audience response

Fans have been asking various questions of Shahrukh Khan and he has been answering most of them. To one fan tweet asking him about the final collections, SRK wrote, “5,000 crore pyaar. 3,000 crore appreciation. 3,250 crore hugs. 2 billion smiles and still counting. Tera accountant kya bata raha hai?? (what does your accountant has to say on the subject?).”

Before the film’s release, it went through a lot of controversies and protest erupted across India. On 17 January 2023, during the BJP national executive meeting in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi told his party workers and leaders to refrain from making unnecessary remarks on films release.
