A video of Parineeti Chopra’s home decorated with lights has gone viral in preparation for her impending engagement.

Wedding Preparations

Actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP chief Raghav Chadha are getting prepared for their private wedding. Visuals from the actor’s Mumbai home have made their way to social media in advance of the day.

While Parineeti and her family were not visible, her house could be seen decked up in lights. On May 13, they will become engaged in a customary ceremony at Delhi’s Kapurthala House near Connaught Place.

For their engagement day, Parineeti and Raghav plan to wear matched ensembles. The ‘Daawat E Ishq’ actor will wear a subdued Indian attire by Manish Malhotra, while Raghav will wear a simple achkan created by his maternal uncle, fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva. Parineeti was photographed multiple times at the home of the fashion designer, which fueled speculation that she was engaged to Raghav.

The Budding Romance

On rare occasions, the two have been seen dining together. They were also spotted together in airports.

When asked about their upcoming nuptials by the paparazzi on Tuesday, Parineeti and Raghav were seen leaving the Delhi airport together.

Parineeti blushed in response to the journalists’ and photographers’ inquiries. Raghav, who also remained silent, grinned when the photographers enquired about an invitation to the wedding.

As per Hindustan Times, Parineeti and Raghav’s engagement would be a private affair. The function has a minimal attendee list. Even though the wedding is scheduled for Delhi, it’s unclear whether the supposed couple would throw a reception for their acquaintances in Mumbai.
