‘Fast and Furious 7’ India Box Office Collections Report

”Furious 7”, the new film in the Fast and Furious Film Franchisee has finally made its way to the theaters all over the world on April 3, 2015.

The film which marks the last appearance of Paul Walker on screen is being welcomed widely by his fans in all corners of the globe.

The film succeeded to gain massive collection in India, and it clearly surpassed the likes of big Bollywood release “Detective Byomkesh Bakshy”.

”Furious 7” has marked the biggest first day opening Indian Box Office in 2015. The film collected a whooping 12 Crore INR in day one, and it thus beat the collection of ‘Baby’ and ‘Roy’ which made 9.3 Crore INR and 10.4 Crore INR respectively.

”Furious 7” also marked the biggest collection ever made by a Hollywood movie in the Indian Box Office. The film surpassed the collection of ‘Amazing Spiderman 2’ which made an opening day intake of 7.5 Crore INR.

As per experts, ”Furious 7″ is expected to cross 75 crore INR mark in the Indian Box Office.

The major reason behind the whooping collection in India is mainly due to the sentimental factor which the movie holds due to the demise of Paul Walker on November, 2013.

Apart from Paul Walker, the film also stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Kurt Russel and Jason Statham in other prominent roles.

Fans of Paul Walker are rushing to the theaters all over the nation to give an all time adios to their favorite hero. Most of the fans are leaving the theaters with tears in their eyes, as the memoir credits start rolling.
