The makers of the upcoming mythological drama “Adipurush” have announced that they will dedicate one seat in every theatre to Lord Hanuman. The film, which stars Prabhas as Lord Rama and Kriti Sanon as Sita, is set to release on June 16.
In a statement, the makers said, “Lord Hanuman is a revered figure in Hinduism and is believed to be a devotee of Lord Rama. He is also considered to be a protector of the weak and the oppressed. We believe that by dedicating a seat in every theatre to Lord Hanuman, we are paying our respects to him and to the millions of people who worship him.”
The makers also said they would be distributing free food and water to the audience at the film’s premiere. They said that this was their way of thanking the audience for their support.
Adipurush is directed by Om Raut and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, and Prasad Sutar. The film has been shot in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
