India Crush West Indies by an Innings and 141 Runs

Roseau, Dominica: Ravichandran Ashwin starred with the ball as India crushed West Indies by an innings and 141 runs in the first Test in Dominica on Friday.

Ashwin took 12 wickets in the match, including a five-for in the first innings and a seven-for in the second. He became the first Indian bowler to take 12 wickets in a Test in the West Indies.

India’s batting was also impressive, with Yashasvi Jaiswal top-scoring with 171 in the first innings. Virat Kohli made 76 and captain Rohit sharma also scored a century.

West Indies were never in the game after being bowled out for 150 in the first innings. They were all out for 130 in the second innings, with Ashwin taking four wickets.
