Womens Cricket: India and Bangladesh Tie Third ODI series 1-1

India W and Bangladesh W played out a thrilling tie in the third an final ODI in Mirpur with the series ending1-1.

Bangladesh made a sensational comeback after the rain break, claiming six wickets for just 34 runs to restrict India to 225.Jemimah Rodrigues top-scored for India with 33 , while Harleen Deol and Deepti Sharma were run out.

Bangladesh, in theeir turn , made a steady start, but lost wickets at regular interval. Fargana Hoque top-scored for Bangladesh with 107,while Shamima sultana made 52.

The match was evenly poised at the end of 49th over, with India needing 10 runs in the last over. However, they were unable to get the runs, and the match ended in a tie.

The series was a closely fought affair , with both the teams playing some excellent cricket. Bangladesh will be particularly pleased with their performance in the third ODI, and they will be hoping to build upon this in the future.
