Throughout her trip, Helen has been sharing moments on Instagram, documenting her holiday with her three children: Matilda (eight), Delilah (five), and Charlie, whom she shares with her ex, footballer Scott Sinclair.

In an Instagram Stories post, Helen shared her struggles with getting Delilah to sleep independently. She explained: “I fell asleep with the kids last night. So Delilah does this thing where she will not go to sleep without me, not a chance, she will scream and scream and scream.I have spoken to Scott’s mum and I think we’re going to get them in a different routine.

“Gosh, she’s nearly five, but honestly, she won’t go to sleep without me. She literally has to sleep right there (next to her face).So usually what I do, I pretend I’m going to sleep and then when she’s asleep, I sneak out the room”
