James Marsden was spotted kissing model Frederique Brons during a smoke break in New York. He was previously linked to British singer Edei.


Actor James Marsden was seen kissing model Frederique Brons last week. According to a Page Six report, the Jury Duty actor took a smoke break during a date in New York with the 25-year-old Dutch model, where the two shared a kiss.

James was married once when he tied the knot to Mary Elizabeth ‘Lisa’ Linde in 2000. The couple divorced in 2011 due to irreconcilable differences. They share two children together; son Jack and daughter Mary. James has since been linked to British singer-songwriter Emma Deign, known by her stage name Edei. The duo started dating from 2015 until early this year. He also shares an 11-year-old son, William, with his ex-girlfriend, Brazilian model Rose Costa.

About his divorce


James previously addressed his divorce during an interview with Men’s Health in 2018, which he called the hardest thing he’s ever gone through. He also added: “It’s sad and heartbreaking. But this time I got through it and didn’t avoid it like my parents’ divorce, and that’s important too. I separated myself not only from my wife, but also from my children and from the bonds of home and family. These are the things you are painfully reminded of every day. It’s like, what the hell is this lesson? What will come of it?… I’ve been fine with a lot of s–t all my life and found it easy. When the divorce happened, it was the first time I felt out of balance. It was scary and sad and made me focus everything. I needed to focus on what was important.
