Tamail movie ‘Rajini Murugan’ review and box-office collection report

Tamil comedy film “Rajini Murugan” starring Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles was released on Pongal, Jan 14, 2016 across India.

The movie writen and directed by Ponram, who directed “Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam” also has Soori, Kanaka, Samuthirakani and Rajkiran play supporting roles.

The film produced by Thirrupathi Brothers has music produced by D. Imman and cinematography by Balasubramaniem.

The screen count has reached 800 worldwide, the movie was released in around 400 theatres in Tamil Nadu alone

“Rajini Murugan” was earlier scheduled to be released on December 4 2015, but was delayed due to flood in Tamilnadu.

And aczording to the tweets, the first half of the movie seems to be fun and entertaining while the second half takes a turn and the movie becomes serious.

The advance booking of the movie was happening from the last 2-3 days. And despite competition from the other three film that released today, the movie was running to packed houses.

“Kathakali”, Udhayanidhi Stalin-starer “Gethu” and Sasikumar’s “Tharai Thappatai” also released today.
