“Bigg Boss 17” came to an end last month, and since then, the contestants have been spotted around the city giving interviews where they are discussing their journey. Actress Mannara Chopra has also been spotted interacting with the paparazzi and giving interviews on various aspects of her stay in Bigg Boss.
Recently, Mannara spoke about her friendship with Munawar Faruqui too. During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Mannara opened up about her feelings for Faruqui; she even addressed his claims of him kissing her.
About kissing scene
During the conversation according to India.com, Kannan I told her how Isha Malviya said that Mannara had romantic feelings for Munawar. Shedding light on the same, Mannara said, “I already said what I said on the show, a lot of guests who came in the house also explained to him.
“When Rohit Sir and Pooja Mam (Rohit Shetty and Pooja Bhatt) came, even they told Munawar. I don’t know why Isha said that, but she needs to grow up. I have been busy in my career, whenever I took a flight to Hyderabad, I never got papped. So, when I keep myself so restricted and reserved, then on a reality show how can I be that person?
“It was not a romantic show, it was a reality show, and my reality was that I was not comfortable in that space. Munawar is a sweet person and he supported me in the house. I have respect for both Abhishek and Munawar, they are best buddies, so they should tell me who they are dating. There was no romantic angle between me and Munawar. “
Mannara reaction
Mannara also commented on Munawar’s claims that she kissed him during the Diwali celebrations on the show. Reacting to that, Mannara said, “I have heard about this, but I don’t think they would have shown something like this on TV. I don’t know why he said that, but I will ask him about it when we meet. You should ask him about why he said this. When my sister came on the show, she said that my comfort with Munawar was just like I shared with my sister. It was just a friendship, where he guided me.”
While Mannara said that she respected Munawar for enjoying his journey, she confirmed that they had not met after the show ended. On the work front, Mannara was spotted in Chandigarh shooting for a music video with Abhishek Kumar. Other than this she is even rumoured to be participating in “Khatron Ke Khiladi 14”.
