A Kashmiri fan got emotional after meeting his favorite Sachin Tendulkar in the valley. The Master Blaster was seen speaking to the fan and posing with him for a photograph on his Pahalgam visit.
Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar remains an inspiration to millions around the world despite having retired over a decade ago. No matter where he goes, fans still do all it takes to get a glimpse of the Master Blaster and are more often than not enamoured by his sheer presence.

The latest example of the phenomenon was recently witnessed on Tendulkar’s trip to Jammu & Kashmir’s Pahalgam. A fan got emotional on meeting Tendulkar, his idol, and went on to narrate how much he adored the Indian cricket icon.
The fan told Sachin that he also wrote a book on him before recalling the day when the Master Blaster retired from the game. The fan revealed he cried all night after Sachin retired from cricket describing his love for the former India batter.
“Jis din aapne retirement liya aapne do aasu bahaye lekin maine puri raat aasu bahaye,” the fan can be heard telling Tendulkar in the video. He couldn’t control his emotions on meeting Tendulkar and told him that it was one of the best days of his life as he always wished to meet the Master Blaster. The video of the emotional fan meeting Tendulkar in the valley has gone viral on social media.
In the video, Tendulkar can be seen asking the fan for his name and number while assuring him that he will send something for him after he returns to Mumbai.
The Master Blaster can be seen enjoying the snowfall in Pahalgam after interacting with the fan. A travel enthusiast, Tendulkar is often spotted enjoying vacations with his friends and family and keeps sharing posts on social media to keep his fans updated.

Tendulkar also paid a visit to a bat manufacturing facility in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district with his wife Anjali and daughter Sara. His surprise visit to the bat manufacturing facility spread enthusiasm among the people in the area.
Tendulkar, who remains associated with cricket even after retirement, will continue in his role as a mentor for Mumbai Indians in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.
The five-time champions sacked Rohit Sharma as captain and will be led by star all-rounder Hardik Pandya next season.
