‘Thappad’ actress Taapsee Pannu is now married!

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, who is remarkedly known for her roles in films like ‘Thappad’, ‘Badla’, ‘Pink’, and ‘Haseen Dilruba’ tied the knot with Danish Badminton player and her former boyfriend Mathias Boe. However, the couple are yet to announce their marriage officially.

According to NDTV, the couple got married to each other in Udaipur. It was a private ceremony with a few close friends and family members. The wedding event was organized by “The Wedding Factory”, owned by Taapsee, Shagun (her sister) and Farah Sood.

Who were present at the wedding ceremony?

Taapsee’s ‘Thappad’ co-actor Pavail Gulati was at the wedding ceremony. Actor Abhilash who was seen in the movie ‘Blurr’ with Taapsee was also present. Screenplay writer Kanika Dhillon, who wrote the scripts for many movies starring Taapsee, such as the recent release ‘Dunki’ was spotted as well.

Pavail posted on Instagram from what seemed like a wedding ceremony a few days ago. Pavail captioned the photo as- “Twinkle Twinkle little star, we have no idea where we are!”

Meanwhile, Kanika Dhillon posted pictures of herself in a peach-coloured saree with the hashtag “MereYaarKiShaadi.” In one of the pictures, Kanika can be seen with her husband Himanshu Sharma.

Abhilash shared a picture of Holi with the newlywed couple Taapsee and Mathias alongside others. He captioned the picture – “Hamari toh Holi”

Taapsee and Mathias’s Dating timeline

Taapsee and Mathias met way back in 2013 during the inauguration of the Indian Badminton League. While Taapsee Pannu was the brand ambassador of ‘Hyderabad Hotshots’, her now husband Mathias Boe represented ‘Awadhe Warriors.’

On the professional front, Taapsee was last seen in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer hit film ‘Dunki’. Taapsee Pannu’s Production ‘Dhak Dhak’ was released last year and featured Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjana Sanghi in key roles. Taapsee’s film ‘Haseen Dilruba’ will return as a sequel titled ‘Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba’, sometime in 2024.
