Check Himachal Pradesh (HP) Board Class 12 Result 2024 on hpbose.org

As per various media sources, The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education(HPBOSE) will release the results for class 12th students on April 29, 2024. 

Once the results are out, students can view and download their mark sheet from the official website at hpbose.org.

The HP Board class 12th exams were held from March 1 to March 28 in pen and paper mode.

Navigate to the official exam result portals, namely hpbose.org.

On the homepage, click the link for ‘HPBOSE 12th Result 2024’

Fill in the necessary credentials like registration number, date of birth, etc. 

After submission of relevant details, your results will be displayed on screen.

You can download the mark sheet for future reference.

Students are advised to go over the details on their marksheet and check its accuracy.

After the declaration of results, students are urged to collect their mark sheets from their respective schools. The passing criteria for class 12th Board exams is a minimum of 33 points for each subject. Further, an aggregate score of 33% is also required by the students to pass the exam.

Around 104,000 students have appeared for the HP Board class 12th exams, this year.

HP Board Class 12 Results previous years’ statistics

In light of previous years’ statistics, the pass percentage for HP Board class 12th exams was recorded to be 79.74%. Out of 1,03,928 students who have appeared for the exams, 83,418 students successfully passed the exams. Tarnija Sharma from the Arts stream topped with a percentage of 97.4%. Ojaswini Upmanyu topped class 12th exams with 98.6%. Vrinda Thakur, from the commerce stream, scored 98.4%.

In 2022, the overall pass percentage was 93.91%. 88,013 students appeared for the class 12th examinations, out of which 82,342 students cleared the exam. Out of the passed candidates, 41,344 were male and 40,998 were female students.
