It’s time for the weekly update on the latest OTT releases. This week has a power-packed lineup of releases ranging from Ananya Pandey’s comedy-drama ‘Call Me Bae’ in Prime Video to Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber’s adaptation of the murder mystery thriller ‘The Perfect Couple’.

1. ‘English Teacher’ – Disney+ Hotstar

“English Teacher” is an American comedy-drama series that follows the life of Evan Marquez, an English teacher in Austin, Texas, who often finds himself at the intersection of the personal, professional, and political aspects of working at a high school.

2. ‘The Perfect Couple’ – Netflix

Amelia is about to marry into one of the wealthiest families of Nantucket. However, just hours before the ceremony, a dead body is discovered at the beach and everyone present at the occasion turns into a suspect. “The Perfect Couple” stars Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning, Eve Hewson and Ishaan Khatter.

3. ‘Call Me Bae’ – Amazon Prime Video

“Watch Me Bae” is one of the most highly anticipated series of this week. Starring Ananya Panday in the lead role, this comedy-drama counters the life of Bella Chowdhary aka ‘Bae’, a heiress from South Delhi whose life turns upside down when her billionaire family disowns her. She has to now build her life from scratch in Mumbai while tackling societal stereotypes and personal challenges. The series also stars Vir Das, Varun Sood, Gurfateh Pirzada, and Muskkaan Jaferi.

4. ‘Tanaav 2’ – SonyLIV

The second season of the action thriller “Tanaav” will be back on SonyLIV this week. “Tanaav” is adapted from the Israeli series “Fauda”. Directed by Sudhir Mishra and Sachin Krishn, this socio-political web series is set in the backdrop of Kashmir in the year 2017 and depicts the story of the Special Covert Ops Unit.
