Anoop Menon, one of the most versatile scriptwriters and actors in modern-day Malayalam Cinema has tied the knot with his longtime friend Shema Alexander.
The marriage took place at the actor’s residence, and it was an absolutely private function with very little star presence.
Anoop Menon has now posted a picture that features him along with Shema on his official Facebook page. The thread is now being overflowed with wedding wishes, and the fans of the actor are literally celebrating this event in the online world.
Only close friends and relatives of the bride and groom were present at the wedding event. The couples had already decided that there would be no exclusive lunch or reception during the event.
Instead of this, Anoop and Shema will donate the amount equivalent to the wedding expense to a cancer center and an orphanage.
Anoop Menon was seen wearing a dashing white shirt during the ceremony. Shema Alexander looked elegant in a stunning Kerala saree. Anoop Menon later updated the cover pic of his Facebook page with a beautiful wedding snap captured by Mahadevan Thampi.
Anoop Menon is now touted as one of the most promising young scenarists in the industry. His recent venture, ‘The Dolphins’ was an average grosser in the Box Office.
Another movie that featured Anoop Menon recently was ‘Aamayum Muyalum’ crafted by Priyadarshan.
The movie is getting negative reviews from all corners. The actor is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming film ‘She Taxi’ directed by Saji Surendran.
