Eros has released the first trailer of Salman Khan’s much anticipated movie “Jai Ho”. The 1 minute video shows Salman in his ‘Dabangg’ avatar but without his cop uniform.
Salman Khan plays a common man in the movie who wants to do good for people. A 10 second teaser had been released one day before to increase the anticipation of fans.
It showed Salman’s trademark blue color silver chain bracelet. This small teaser had crossed 56,000 hits within 24 hours.
“Jai Ho” is the remake of Telugu movie “Stalin” which had Chiranjeevi playing the role of an ex-army man Jai Agnihotri, who fights against corruption.
Salman is playing the same role in the remake and from as per the teaser, actress Tabu is playing Salman’s sister role.
Directed by Salman Khan’s brother, Sohail Khan, “Jai Ho”, also features Danny Denzongpa, ex-bigg boss contestant Sana Khan, Daisy Shah and Genelia D’Souza in important roles.
The movie is targeted for Republic day holiday and will be released on January 24, 2014.
The trailer has gone viral on Twitter while Salman Khan’s fans trended the hashtag #JaiHoTrailerTonight .

It remains to be seen if the movie also breaks all previous records of Salman Khan.
