OnePlus has taken to the Ask Me Almost Anything (AMAA) session by Reddit to reveal a few essential features of the OnePlus 2, its upcoming flagship mobile.
When asked about the battery life, OnePlus responded that the battery life of the OnePlus One was increased upon by 10%.
The recent rise ensures that the battery will have a capacity of 3,300mAh, as opposed to 3,100mAh that the previous model had.
The new features that the camera in the OnePlus 2 will have are bound to keep the new phone a class apart. The team refused to divest any information about this until at the launch.
The overall size of the company will also be reduced, as revealed by the Chinese company. An instance of this is, OnePlus posted a picture of a OnePlus One and captioned it stating that under the OnePlus One, there was a OnePlus 2.
The phone will have a fingerprint sensor; however, it will not be integrated with the OnePlus 2 touchscreen, as confirmed by representatives of OnePlus.
The touchscreen will be seen in separate buttons as seen in Samsung S6, Apple iPhone 6, HTC One ME, and Oppo N3.
The OnePlus 2 will not have a heart rate sensor. Another thing to continue this year is the invite-only system. However, it is believed to continue in a more streamlined fashion this year.
Styleswap covers, with a bamboo finish, will also be found in the phone in a much better way.
Apart from the Snapdragon 810 processor, it will also come with 4GB RAM.
