Kochi: Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Leo,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has set Kerala ablaze with over 1 lakh tickets sold in advance. The film, which is scheduled to release on October 19, 2023, is one of the most anticipated films of the year.

The Kerala distributor of the film has confirmed that over 1 lakh tickets have been sold in advance, and the number is expected to increase significantly in the coming days. The film is being released on over 650 screens in Kerala, which is a record for a Tamil film, according to the Time of India.

The excitement for the film is palpable among fans in Kerala. Many fans have been camping outside theaters for days to get tickets for the first-day shows. Some fans have even booked tickets for multiple shows.
