The highly-anticipated heist comedy “Crew,” starring the phenomenal trio of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu, has smashed records on its opening day, becoming the highest-grossing female-led film on its release.

With a global haul of a whopping ₹20.07 crore (approximately $2.4 million), “Crew” has defied expectations and proven that female-driven narratives can pull in the crowds. The film’s strong opening is even more impressive, considering it faced competition from the Hollywood blockbuster “Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire King” and the Malayalam hit “Aadujeevitham.”
