PBKS’s uncapped Shashank Singh won this thrilling thriller by scoring an incredible 61 off just 29 balls. He hit four sixes and six fours in his innings. With this win, PBKS won their second IPL 2024 tournament in four matches this season.
NDTV reported As Singh led PBKS to victory, people couldn’t stop talking about his heroism, especially considering how he was unexpectedly picked by the IPL franchise for Rs 20 million. People also joked about how “inconsistent shopping” could be a “winning campaign.”

This is a very good news race, very close; I’m very pleased with what the kids did. The aim was to get off to a good start but unfortunately I fell back but by the end of the over we were on 60 runs and maintained the partnership and Shashank came on and bowled really well.
