BTS to feature in three new Disney+ programs, HYBE signs deal

Finally the day has arrived for K-Pop fans as rapper J-Hope from global sensation band BTS has released his first solo album ‘Jack In The Box‘ today after a long wait. And just like ARMY – the fans of BTS – the excitement is also riding high for J-Hope’s close friends who were snapped partying with the musician ahead of the album launch.

Ahead of the official release of ‘Jack In The Box’, the 28-year-old rapper and dancer, J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, threw a pre-launch party and the entire K-Pop industry, including his fellow BTS band mates Jin, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook showed up to join the celebration.

Apart from them, big names from the Korean film and music industry such as Jessi, HyunA, Tiger JK, Tasha, Taeyang, Dawn and more were also spotted at the big bash.

Several videos and photos from the pre-release party have been making the rounds on social media. Even the main man, J-Hope, took to his Instagram account to share a few glimpses from his star-studded party.

Apart from the songs from his own album ‘Jack In The Box’, popular international hits were also played at the party.

Everyone at the party shook a leg after the band’s hit track ‘Butter’ played at the party. The pre-launch celebration took place at the Hybe building which is located in South Korea’s Seoul.

BigHit Music, which manages BTS, announced J-Hope’s upcoming album on Weverse, just days after the music sensation band held a live ‘Festa Dinner’ where they talked about taking a break as a group and focusing on solo projects in their new phase after clocking almost 10 years together as a band. Apart from the much anticipated album, ‘Jack In The Box’, the rapper also released another single, ‘Arson’ along with the song’s music video.

BTS, which consists of Jin, Suga, RM, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, shook the world after the K-pop band announced that they were taking a break from group projects to focus on their solo work.

J-Hope is the first member from BTS to release his solo project after the seven-member band announced going on a break.

On the other hand, the 28-year-old rapper will also perform on the closing day of the music festival on July 31, along with biggies such as Green Day, The Kid Laroi and more.
