4th stimulus check update 2022 — New direct payments of $450 dropping for Americans by this weekend – are you eligible?

Social Security 2022: September Schedule for retirees – Get payments up to $4,194

AT least 60,000 Florida residents will get checks worth $450 – and payments have already started to go out.

Families in the sunshine state are getting a one-time direct payment to help ease financial burdens.

To qualify for the one-time payment of $450, Floridians must be at least one of the following:

  • Foster parents
  • Relative caregivers
  • Non-relative caregivers
  • Families receiving TANF cash assistance
  • Guardianship Assistance Program participants

There is no limit to what the funds can be used for, as Governor Ron DeSantis said the payment can be “used for anything from buying diapers to fueling up at the pump.”

The state said all the checks should be sent out by August 7, and no application was necessary.
