‘Bang Bang’ movie review and box-office collection report

Action thriller Bollywood movie “Bang Bang” is geared up for one of the widest release in India and abroad on October 2, 2014.

Starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif in the main roles, “Bang Bang” is the official remake of Hollywood film “Knight and Day”.

Made on a lavish budget of touted Rs. 140 crore, “Bang Bang” is among the biggest releases of the year and is helmed by Siddharth Anand, who has earlier worked with Yash Raj.

The music of the movie by Vishal and Shekhar is already topping the charts. Numbers like “Bang Bang” and “Tu Meri” have got millions of hits on YouTube.

The screen count of “Bang Bang” is reportedly over 4,500 screens, which is among the highest in Indian films.

Produced by Fox Star Studios, the collections of the movie are expected to set new records, given that it is Hrithik Roshan’s most hyped release.

The promotions have been in full swing, where Hrithik has been daring many of the Bollywood actors with special things. Actors like Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan have taken the dare and tweeted the hash tag #bangbangdare.

The first day collections of “Bang Bang” is expected to be over Rs. 20 crore and it is likely to be benefited from the long weekend starting on Thursday.
