'Tariq' Review: John Abraham Shines in Mind-Bending Psychological Thriller

“Tariq,” a psychological thriller starring John Abraham, is slated to release on August 15, 2023, on the occasion of Independence Day. The film, directed by Arun Gopalan, is set in Glasgow, Scotland, and tells the story of a man who is haunted by the ghost of his dead wife.

Plot

Abraham plays the role of Tariq, a successful businessman who is married to a beautiful woman named Anya (Rukmini Maitra). However, their perfect life is shattered when Anya is killed in a car accident. Tariq is devastated by her death and begins to see her ghost everywhere he goes.

The film is based on a true story of a RAW agent who infiltrates a terrorist organization.
