The award ceremony was held in London on October 17, 2023, and Sips Barcelona beat out other finalists, such as The Dead Rabbit in New York, The Old Man in Hong Kong, and Atlas in Singapore. The owner of Sips Barcelona, Carlos Martinez, said he was honored and humbled by the recognition and thanked his team for their hard work and dedication, reports CNN.

Sips Barcelona is the winner of the World’s Best Bar Awards 2023. Sips Barcelona is located on the rooftop of the W Hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the city skyline. The bar offers a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, tapas, and snacks to pair with your drinks. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, with comfortable sofas, fire pits, and live music. Sips Barcelona is open from noon to midnight, seven days a week, and reservations are recommended.

Sips Barcelona was chosen as the World’s Best Bar by a panel of experts from the drinks industry, who evaluated more than 500 bars worldwide based on criteria such as quality, service, innovation, and ambiance.
