Oopiri, the Telugu movie which stars Karthi and Akkineni Nagarjuna is one of the most expected films of the year. The recent news about the flick regards its title release.
The official trailer of ‘Oopiri’ was released on March 11, 2016, and it is now getting positive reviews from all corners.
The movie, directed by Vamsi is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster ‘Beautiful’ which had Jayasurya and Anoop Menon in crucial roles.
At this juncture, you should understand that the core idea of this movie is inspired from French romantic thriller ‘The Intouchables’.
The film showcases the story of a paralyzed millionaire who builds a creative rapport with a bar singer. Akkineni Nagarjuna enacts the role of a millionaire while Karthi has done the character of bar singer.
Thamannaah Bhatia is playing the role of lady lead in this movie. Her role is expected to be the surprise package in this film. Versatile Malayalam Actress Kalpana’s last role is also in this film, and it is projected to provide an emotional element to the film.

This film is bilingual, and it will have simultaneous Tamil release too. In Tamil, the movie has been titled ‘Thozha’.
The team has crafted both the Tamil and Telugu trailers in the most impeccable manner. The Tamil trailer is of 2 minutes 12 seconds in length while the Telugu one is 2 minutes and nine seconds.
The visuals are rich, and the background score from Gopi Sundar seems scintillating. Both Karthi and Nagarjuna steal the show with their undeniable charisma. When we see Nagarjuna on screen, we will surely get the conception that this man has age in reverse gear.
