Three day Pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar
Anant Ambani, son of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, is set to tie the ‘knot with his fiancée Radhika Merchant this year on July 12. But, before the big day, the couple is going to organize a three-day pre-wedding ceremony in Jamnagar. All the invitees are sent a 9-page detailed event planner and wardrobe guidelines for the event. Listed below are the things to expect from the event.
Private Jet accommodation
All the guests will be received from Mumbai or Delhi and will travel via private jets to reach the pre-wedding venue. The Flights will carry passengers between 8 and 1 pm on March 1. The guide has suggested the guests pack their luggage minimally, specifying one hand luggage and one trolley per person or three suitcases per couple.
Dress-coded themed events
The three-day celebration will be based on several themes and complimentary dress codes.
The theme for Day 1 is called An Evening in Everland, and the dress code for the event is mentioned as “elegant cocktail”.
Day 2 will comprise two events. The first event is called A Walk on the Wild Side, and the dress code mentioned for the occasion is “Jungle Fever.”. The event will be held at Ambani’s animal rescue center in Jamnagar. The guests are urged to dress comfortably for the event.
The second event for Day 2 is called Mela Rouge. The dress code listed for the glamorous occasion is “dazzling desi romance.”. The guests are asked to adorn themselves with classic, elegant South Asian outfits.
The final day will host two events as well. The first event suggests the guests go with “casual chic” dressing since they are going to explore the verdant surroundings of Jamnagar. The final and last event for the 3-Day celebration is called Hashtakshar.
The guide suggests the guests go with classic Indian wear. On-site hairstylists, saree drapers, makeup artists, and laundry services will be available on demand. Despite the guidelines and dress codes, the guests are urged to wear whatever they feel comfortable in, as the guide says – “as we would like you to enjoy each moment to the fullest and make beautiful memories that last a lifetime.”.
Star studded Nuptial
According to Hindu customs, the first official invitation for the wedding is sent to God to seek his blessings before being it out to the guests.
Anant and Radhika began their wedding celebrations with the Lagan lakhvanu festival last week in Jamnagar. Radhika Merchant was seen wearing a designer lehenga by Anamika Khanna.
Khanna also made attire for Isha Ambani and her mother, Nita, as well as Shloka Mehta Ambani, the wife of Isha Ambani’s twin brother Akash.
While the actual titbits of the wedding are yet to be announced, rumors have it that Rihanna will be performing at their wedding. Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh and Bollywood celebrities Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are also rumored to grace the occasion with their performance.
