He believes that fasting on this day will save people from all kinds of pain, suffering and sadness. The meaning of Rohini Vrat fast is based on the name Rohini Nakshatra. There are a few things to keep in mind as we prepare to celebrate today.

Date and Time of Puja:

This year Rohini Vrat will be celebrated on 16 March. According to Drik Panchang, Rohini Nakshatra will start on 15 March at 16.08 and will end on 16 March at 16.05.

Meaning:

Then at dawn, Rohini Nakshatra begins, which is the beginning of the fast of the devotees. This happens every 27 days. This is an important fasting day for Jain people. Fasting during Rohini Vrat is believed to improve patience, control and harmony. It also helps develop mutual understanding among family members. Women fast on this holy day to wish their husbands a long and healthy life. It can also help eliminate poverty and welcome prosperity and wealth in life.

Rituals:

On the day of Rohini Vrat, devotees start the day early by taking a bath. After this, Bhagavan Vasupujya, one of the twenty-four Tirthankaras idols, was placed on the altar and washed with holy water. Then do the puja. After the puja, a fast is observed until the resurrection of Margashirsha Nakshatra. People end the day by doing charity work.
