On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at around 9:30 pm, a bus carrying five LG employees fell from the Bhatia Modh flyover in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
The private chartered bus was carrying six employees of a Noida firm to Ghaziabad.
The bus was going from Lalkuaan to Ghantaghar Kotwali when the tire of the bus exploded. Due to this, the bus hit the person riding a bike; breaking the divider. It moved to the other lane and skidded off the flyover after breaking the railing of the over-bridge. The bus fell from over a height of twenty feet. One person who was on the bike died on the spot, while many others were seriously injured. The identification of the dead is not yet confirmed.

Ghaziabad accident: Injured admitted to a local hospitalÂ
The local police rushed to the spot, and teams conducted the rescue operations as several people were trapped. More than four ambulances rushed to the spot to take the injured people to the hospitals. Many people were present under the flyover due to the shops present, which led to the number of injured people reaching ten. Three were fatally injured.
Considering the matter, District Magistrate and Pawan Kumar, SSP of Ghaziabad, reached the spot. The State Health Minister Atul Garg also reached around 10:15 pm.
The injured were sent to District hospital, Yashoda hospital, Sudarshan hospital, where they were first aid. The people present on the spot informed the police that about ten people were present except the driver.
Excluding these people, many others came under the effects of the accident. Unfortunately, the driver died on the spot. A large mob was gathered around the accident spot, and the crushed people were rescued using four cranes. The three bikes on which the bus fell were damaged.
