Woman ordered Apple Watch for Rs 50,900 on Amazon, gets 'fake watch'

Amazon’s official Twitter account said that by responding to the woman’s share, they apologized for the problem she experienced and asked her to reach them via DM.

A woman named Sanaya, fed up with the lack of good customer service, posted her complaint on Twitter.

Sanaya also named her Apple assistant in her tweet. The post has now gone viral.

Sanaya captioned ignored the “order from Amazon” when it came to Sanaya. Amazon customer support asked for help in their tweet.
She also posted several photos of the product and invoices.

The tweet has been viewed more than 200,000 times since it was posted on July 11th.
