Dragon Ball Artist Drops A Picture of New Young Goku

The best gift from the Dragon Ball franchise for its fans is the announcement of its latest upcoming series- “Dragon Ball Daima”. The series will be released in Fall 2024, and it was announced at this year’s New York Comic Con event.

“Dragon Ball Daima” is said to have a new storyline and will fill the time until the Super series is ready to air. We also saw a cute Goku drawn by Toyotarou himself as a part of his monthly drawing challenge.

“Dragon Ball Daima” Getting Ready

Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, has a close relationship with Toyotaro and now they are collaborating for the new Dragon Ball series. The anticipation and excitement within the anime industry surrounding the new series is a testament to the impact that Dragon Ball has had on the entertainment world.

Fans are eagerly anticipating the series premiere. It’s likely, due to their nostalgia for seeing Goku, a character they’ve been waiting to revisit since the 1990s. “Dragon Ball Daima” is an addition to the DragonBall universe as it tells a story that takes place after the Majin Buu arc.

“Dragon Ball Daima” Storyline

The mighty dragon Shenron bestows a wish that turns characters from the series into children, such as Piccolo, Vegeta, Bulma, Supreme Kai Shin, Goku and others. It’s not clear who made the wish. Now the group must find a way to return to their original selves. A thrilling journey awaits our characters in “Dragon Ball Daima” as they encounter two villains and struggle with their diminished powers.

It’s fantastic to hear that Akira Toriyama will have more involvement in “Dragon Ball Daima” compared to his participation in Dragon Ball Super. This is interesting since Toriyama is the creator of Dragon Ball and has knowledge of the series and with his guidance, the new series can maintain the essence of the original.

We can expect some entertainment from “Dragon Ball Daima” as we patiently await for the episodes of Dragon Ball Super. The trailer indicates that the animation and visuals will be extraordinary and the storyline sounds captivating. Anime enthusiasts can definitely look forward to a year in 2024, with “Dragon Ball Daima”.
