The wait is over! The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to begin on 22nd March 2023, with a grand opening ceremony followed by a cracker of a match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The festivities kick off at Chennai’s iconic MA Chidambaram Stadium, also known as Chepauk, around 6:30 PM IST.

The stage will witness the blending of two musical masters, Sonu Nigam, and AR Rahman. They will entertain the audience with country-inspired tunes and inspirational songs.

While Rahman the legendary singer will be on the stage with his musical reputation, the crowd will be moved by his harmony that will make them the favorite.
On the other hand, the fact that the rumors have been around that there would also be Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, the Bollywood superstars who will perform a short scene from their upcoming movie, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ has raised the bar even more for this event.
