Madonna says she realized 'how lucky she is to be alive'

A month after Madonna was admitted to intensive care for illness, the pop diva thought about how her loved ones had helped her.

“Love from family and friends is the best medicine,” Madonna wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday, sharing a photo with two of her six children.

She added that as a mother, it is easy to ‘meet my children’s needs’, but when she gets sick she says ‘my children come to me’.

“That’s how I see them. I’ve never met them side by side before. It makes a huge difference,” she added.

Madonna has a daughter named Lourdes Leon with Carlos Leon and a son named Rocco Richie with director Guy Ritchie. She is also the mother of four adopted children—David Banda, Chifundo “Mercy” James, and twins Stella and Esther Ray (Estere).

Announcement, Madonna also expressed her gratitude to her friend and longtime manager Guy Oseary, who sent her to Keith Haring (Keith Haring’s Polaroid, “in a shirt with Michael Jackson’s face painted on it”). Warhol

Madonna wrote that she cried when she received Oseary’s gift

“Because i realised how lucky I am to be alive known these people and so many others who have passed away.

Oseary announced in June that Madonna had been taken to intensive care after suffering a “serious infection”. CNN later reported that the Vogue singer was released the next day and recovered at home.

announced last month that it will delay the start of its Grammy-winning world tour to October.

“Thank you to all the angels who have protected me and allowed me to live to complete my journey.” It was her 12th tour and celebrated her 40th year in the music industry.

US magazine Forbes ranks her as the 45th highest self-made woman in America with an estimated net worth of $580 million (£460 million), and says she earned nearly $1.2 billion from the tour.
