Nana Patekar will play the lead role in “The Vaccine War”. It will be released on September 28.
Nana Patekar is all set to return to the big screen after his role in Vivek Agnihotri’s “The Vaccine War”.
During the trailer’s release, the actor announced that he would not participate in the “Welcome to the Jungle” program and said that he might not have been approached because he is old.

According to Indian Express, Nana Patekar said, “I am not a part of it, maybe hum bohot puraane ho gaye hai (they think I am old-fashioned).”
Pointing to Vivek Agnihotri, he added, “He doesn’t think I have become so old, so he cast me in his film”.
The cast includes Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lala Dutta, Sunil Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Pa Resh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Kiku Shah Darek, Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Dev and singer – siblings Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh.

In the film, Nana Patekar will be seen as the leader of a team of Indian scientists who made India’s first vaccine. During the epidemic, barriers were created against covid-19.
